- Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents
- Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Nobody likes scratches and tangles – so keeping them separated in their own pouches is your best bet to keep them shining and knot-free.
- Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft cloth.

We trust the quality of our product – and want you to as well. This is why we offer a warranty on all our jewelry.
We’re all about high standards. This means careful selection of gemstones, careful cuts, careful plating, and a thorough inspection before we carefully package and ship your jewelry. As you can see – care is a part of everything we do.
In the ultra-rare event that you find a mistake or error in manufacturing – we’ve got you covered.
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defect in our jewelry for up to three years after the date of purchase. Manufacturing errors include:
- Stone Setting Issues: Improperly set stones, loose stones, missing stones.
- Metal Defects: Scratches, dents, uneven surfaces, or poor finishing.
- Clasp or Closure Problems: Broken clasps, closures, or other fastening mechanisms.
- Soldering or Welding Errors: Inaccurate or weak soldering or welding of metal components that leads to breakage.
- Surface Imperfections: Visible scratches, marks, or uneven polishing on the surface of the jewelry.
