At Giving Gems, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We provide strict quality control measures in order to minimize manufacturing defects. However, a rare event may occur. For those cases, we offer warranty coverage to address manufacturing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your jewelry due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it for you.

Manufacturing defects refer to any issues or flaws that occur during the production process, resulting in a product that does not meet our quality standards. These defects may include:

Stone Setting Issues: This includes improperly set, loose, or misaligned stones within the jewelry piece.

Metal Defects: Manufacturing defects in the metal can include scratches, dents, uneven surfaces, or poor finishing.

Clasp or Closure Problems: Defects in clasps, closures, or other fastening mechanisms that affect the functionality or security of the jewelry piece.

Soldering or Welding Errors: Inaccurate or weak soldering or welding of metal components, leading to structural issues or breakage.

Surface Imperfections: This includes visible scratches, marks, or uneven polishing on the surface of the jewelry

In the unlikely event that you notice any manufacturer defects, contact our customer service team at support@givinggems.com. Our dedicated customer service representatives are here to assist you and will work diligently to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Giving Gems crafts each piece with longevity in mind. So with the proper care, you have a lifelong treasure on your hands. Here’s what you should do to make sure that your jewelry lasts:

  1. Take off your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising. As much as you can – keep them from getting wet!
  2. Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents.
  3. Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Nobody likes scratches and tangles – so keeping them separated in their own pouches is your best bet to keep them shining and knot-free.
  4. Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft cloth to maintain that sparkle and shine.

We use 925 sterling silver, 18K solid Gold, 14K solid Gold and stainless steel as the base metal of our jewelry pieces. We strictly follow all international regulations when it comes to our metal’s composition to ensure that it meets all safety standards.

Giving Gems knows its customers are unique and one-of-a-kind, and so we offer a variety of unique gems in our designs. We have both natural stones and impressive cubic zirconia for you to choose from.

At Giving Gems, we believe in quality that lasts.

Our 18-karat gold plating process involves applying a layer of 18-karat gold over the prepared base metal of the jewelry. All base metals are prepared with extensive hand polishing and previous layers of silver and palladium to guarantee the perfect adherence and shinning of the 18-karat gold plating. The thickness and quality of our gold plating ensure a long-lasting finish that maintains its luster and brilliance.

In addition to our gold plating, we also utilize white rhodium plating to enhance the beauty and durability of our jewelry. White rhodium is a precious metal that is known for its bright-white appearance. Jewelry finished with white rhodium enhances the natural beauty of the base metal whether it is White Gold or Sterling Silver, and provides a protective layer against tarnish and scratches.

Giving Gems’ bracelets and necklaces are adjustable to easily fit most wearers. Rings are offered in many standard sizes to find your perfect fit.
