Want to hear something sweet? We don’t charge shipping on any order. 

Once we get your order, you get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your new jewelry. Within 24-48 hours, we’ll inspect your jewelry, seal it up safely, and send it on its way. We use a direct-line shipping service. For customers in the U.S. and Europe, your jewelry will be with you in 5-8 business days once we ship it out. For customers everywhere else, orders will be delivered in 5-12 business days.

Return Policy

Let’s be real – we’d be surprised to find out you’re not 100% in love with your jewelry. 

But if for some reason it happens, you can return it for any reason. 

All you need to do is submit the request within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. Complete the form below or email support@givinggems.com with the following info:

  • the order number
  • the SKU number
  • your complete name, telephone number, and address. 
  • the reason for the return 

Once we get your request, we will handle your return process. In 5 business days, we’ll send over a shipping label so you don’t have to pay any shipping costs. By using the shipping label and using the original box your jewelry came in, you can easily return your purchase to us. Make sure to include all of the original shipping materials, including the purchased jewelry and the free gift item(s).

Once you’ve shipped your return, we’ll process everything. You can choose a new piece of jewelry from our e-commerce or request a refund. The refund process may take up to 30 days to be deposited in your bank depending on your institution.

After 7 days, we only accept returns covered by our warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects you find in Giving Gems jewelry.
